The study of verbal and non-verbal communication patterns, rapport techniques and ‘Complex Meta Programs’ offer a detailed profile of an individual. These can be used to improve communication with that person, predict how they will perform in given circumstances, what types of job or position they are most suited to, and how long they are likely to stay with a given employer. These techniques are invaluable for employers to assess both interview candidates and understand how to get the best out of, and how to retain their employees. In this seminar you will learn how to understand a person's behavioural tendencies better than they do. By mastering these techniques introduced in this talk, you will develop techniques required to profile people effectively and covertly.

Psychometric profiling techniques have been used for decades to assess the suitability of people for given roles and careers. The most commonly used psychometric profiling technique is the Myers Briggs Type Indication (MBTI) which uses 4 preference categories to profile individual’s perception and decision making mechanics.
The study of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) offers a series of techniques which expand on the MBTI approach.
Would you like to know someone better than they know themselves in 10 minutes or less?
In this seminar you will learn how to understand a person's behavioural tendencies better than they do. By mastering the techniques introduced in this talk, you will develop techniques required to profile people effectively and covertly.
