Riding on the benefits from China’s economy, Hong Kong has successfully transformed into a knowledge-based economy. Knowledge-based economies are driven by information and communication and the technologies. Additionally, the ICT industry itself contributes to economic growth. ICT skills are required for almost every job now and ICT professionals are driving business value in almost every sector of the economy.

- Incubation Programme providing full range of support to start-ups and entrepreneurs,
- Collaboration between Hong Kong and China ICT industry by setting up Representative Office in Shanghai,
- Training and networking opportunities with venture capital investors, and inviting angel investors and successful start-ups to share tips and tricks with enterprises/ICT talents.
