Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the writing, design and production of marketing materials in accordance with company policy and procedure
• Coordinating arrangements with internal parties and external conference organizers on resources and artwork for exhibitions
• Creating copy of promotional materials e.g. exhibition displays, flyers, brochures, presentations, award entries
• Developing and maintaining client mail/e-shots and events
• Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing materials
• Managing and maintaining the intranet site and writing information bulletins
• Participating in ad hoc local or global marketing projects

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Translation or other related business disciplines
• At least 4-6 years experience in Marketing and Communications preferably in professional services sector
• Excellent command of oral and written communications in English and Chinese
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Organized, multi-tasking, detail-minded, creative and self-motivated with ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office and graphics package would be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
